Through its subsidiaries, the Fund provides investors access to high-return, London property-secured lending. We are now excited to announce Compartment C, our newest addition, focused on residential refurbishments, conversions, and development projects. This compartment further diversifies the Fund’s offerings, enhancing growth potential and returns for our investors.

Public Ltd.
